Ewa, a graduate nurse, had been working as a care assistant in Holland. Although she had all the qualifications and experience she needed to work as a nurse, she hadn’t been able to get a nursing position because of the strict registration requirements. Frustrated by this, she decided to see what the UK had to offer and soon came across a nursing vacancy advertised by Peak Recruitment. She applied straight away.

When Peak got Ewa’s CV it didn’t take their consultants long to find some interesting posts and to email her the details. She particularly liked the sound of a newly open nursing home near Oxford.
