Location: Yate

Salary: a competitive salary-negotiable DOE

Peak Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with experience in permanent or temporary placements. This vacancy is to join a small team within a small and informal office in Yate near Bristol. Current sectors are nursing and engineering and previous experience in one of these sectors would be ideal.

Flexible working hours are available and can be full or part time.

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven success as a recruitment consultant
  • Ability to build good working relationships with clients and candidates
  • Confident business development skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise time and workload
  • Able to thrive on multi-tasking

The job will involve:

Providing a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates. Using a CRM system and with access to various jobs boards, CV databases and Broadbean. Working closely with the directors of the business you will be responsible for developing new business, account managing and creating your own client portfolio.

A competitive salary and commission package is available and is negotiable dependent upon experience. Number of hours / working days can be chosen. Office hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
